1. The GraceFolio Content Covenant

GraceFolio is a dedicated micro-storefront hosting service designed exclusively for Christian authors, theologians, sermon compilers, and ministries. All book descriptions, cover images, and profiles submitted to our directory must align with general Christian orthodox teachings, values, and ecclesiastical guidelines.

Pre-Screening Review: To maintain this sacred covenant environment, every listing undergoes automated pre-screening via our administrative AI system (the Digital Archdeacon) to flag content that falls outside these parameters. Listings that trigger flags are queued for manual administrative review. GraceFolio reserves the absolute right to suspend, archive, or reject any listing or user profile that fails to meet this theological covenant.

2. Terms of Platform Service

No Transactional Liability: GraceFolio operates solely as a discovery directory and micro-storefront provider. The actual checkout, payment gateway collections, delivery logistics, and sales completions occur directly between the buyer and the author via WhatsApp chat overrides.

GraceFolio never acts as an intermediary, holds no funds, handles no card payments, and does not charge commissions on sales. Consequently, Semper Technologies Ltd. and Digital Archdeacon Media Ltd. assume absolutely zero liability for payment discrepancies, undelivered physical books, corrupt PDF downloads, or direct communication disputes between buyers and authors.

3. Listing Reporting & Compliance Audits

GraceFolio is committed to maintaining the integrity, truthfulness, and legality of all listings on our platform. Users may report any book listing if they suspect that it violates our guidelines, community standards, or applicable intellectual property laws. Specifically, you may submit a report against a book listing for:

• Plagiarism: Submitting or presenting another author's written work, compilation, or content as one's own.
• Intellectual Property Theft: Listing, distributing, or selling books, manuscripts, or educational materials without the explicit permission or legal rights from the copyright holder or intellectual property owner.
• Misleading Information: Using deceptive or fraudulent book titles, false descriptions, or inaccurate cover art designed to mislead or confuse readers.

Review Process & Outcomes: All flagged or reported book listings undergo a comprehensive, manual compliance review by our Christian Content Advisory Board within 24-48 hours. Following our audit, the report will be resolved with one of the following decisions:

• Approved Report (Action Taken): If the report is approved and a violation is confirmed, we will take immediate administrative action. This leads directly to us taking action on the book listing, including immediate suspension, rejection, or permanent removal of the listing from the platform, and potential ban of the offending author account.
• Rejected Report (No Action Taken): If the listing is found to be in compliance with our policies, the report is rejected, no action is taken, and the book listing remains active on the directory.

4. Privacy & Data Guidelines

Information We Collect: We collect and store profile data (including full name, bio, profile photo, and active WhatsApp telephone contact numbers) and book listing details (including title, description, price, and cover image) to build and render public-facing storefront URLs.

LocalStorage Persistence: In our sandbox testing and local configurations, user sessions, listing manager databases, and view analytics counts are persisted directly within your local browser storage (LocalStorage). This data resides solely on your browser client unless synced or published explicitly by user accounts. We track anonymous page views and WhatsApp checkout clicks strictly to compile the dashboards available on active Scribe and Publisher accounts. Administrative Appeals & Reports Support
