It is limited to one live book listing, uses Generated Author URL and Generated Book URL access, and includes standard WhatsApp click checkout routing. Custom Author URL, Custom Book URL, and detailed analytic charts require upgrading to Pro or Premium tiers.

Pro and Premium tier subscribers can customize their author storefront URL. To prevent link decay and preserve directory integrity, Custom Author URLs can only be modified once every 30 days. We recommend selecting a permanent personal or ministry brand URL.

When a reader visits your storefront page and clicks the 'Order via WhatsApp' button on any book details page, GraceFolio automatically compiles a checkout payload. This payload contains the book title, your price, currency, and checkout metadata. The reader is redirected to WhatsApp with this pre-filled message ready to send. Once they click send, you receive the details immediately in your chat window to finalize delivery and payment terms directly.

Yes, this is an advanced feature designed for multi-author publications or complex ministry setups. In the book listing form on your dashboard, you can define a 'WhatsApp Custom Order Phone Override'. If set, that specific book storefront checkout will route directly to that phone number instead of your global profile contact number.

GraceFolio is a dedicated Christian covenant community directory. We accept publications that align directly with orthodox Christian faith and doctrine. Permitted genres include Daily Devotionals, Biblical Theology, Christian Biographies & Memoirs, Academic Historical Essays, Children's Faith Compilations, and uplifting Christian Fiction. Works representing non-Christian viewpoints, secular philosophy, or those violating basic moral guidelines are strictly prohibited.

To preserve covenant compliance, every new and edited book description undergoes real-time automated AI screening. The moderation engine evaluates titles and descriptions against orthodox guidelines. Listings that pass are published as 'Live' instantly. Listings flagged with minor concerns are placed in the 'Under Review' queue for manual administrative inspection, and highly incompatible listings are immediately flagged as 'Rejected'.

All flagged listings in the 'Under Review' queue are manually inspected by our Christian Content Advisory Board. The board reviews the manuscript details against our orthodox community guidelines within 24 to 48 hours. Once reviewed, the board will either approve the listing (setting it to Live) or reject the listing (releasing an administrative notification email to the author).

Yes. Because checkout conversations happen directly over WhatsApp, you can list both physical print copies and digital products including PDFs, ePub files, sermon audios, and study guides. You can specify the available format options directly in your book description, and coordinate delivery in your chat.

GraceFolio holds a strict zero-tolerance policy against intellectual property theft and plagiarism. Readers and authors can report listings using the 'Report Listing' portal on any book page. Reported listings are immediately placed in our administrative review queue. If a listing is determined to violate copyright or contain pirated material, it is permanently banned, and the offending author's account is subject to immediate suspension.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan tier instantly via the Pricing panel. Upgrading from Basic to Pro immediately unlocks up to 10 listings, Custom Author URL access, and full metric analytics. Moving to Premium grants unlimited listings and Custom Book URL access.
